En la plataforma de pago asociada al Sitio Web se deberán introducir en los campos habilitados a tal
efecto los datos requeridos para ello. Para finalizar la contratación, deberá seguir el procedimiento de
compra online. La venta se hará efectiva una vez se haya validado la operación.
MARÍA JOSÉ ALONSO SÁNCHEZ se reserva el derecho de cambiar los precios o proponer promociones
especiales, entre otras acciones, en cualquier momento, tras haberlo anunciado en la página web

6. ENVIOS, CAMBIOS,

 Los envíos se efectuarán por agencia logística debidamente acreditada en el envío de esa
tipología de producto de venta online en general.
 En el caso de que el producto servido tuviera algún defecto o tara se procederá previa petición
y comunicación, al envío sin costes del mismo producto en perfecto estado y/o a la devolución
íntegra del importe de compra en en el caso de que el cliente desista de la reposición.
 No se admiten cambios
 Las devoluciones están sujetas a un plazo máximo de  15 días naturales para solicitar la misma
desde su entrega y recepción, y están sujetas a las siguientes condiciones :
 En el caso de la devolución de la compra, por error y/o tara del producto y después de
efectuado el pago y recibido el producto por el cliente, si el mismo desea desistir de la compra
y proceder a su devolución, deberá remitirnos un email indicándonos que desea realizarla,
indicándonos el número/referencia/nombre del pedido, y proceder a remitir el producto en el
mismo estado del envío, es decir, sin lavar, sin usar, sin modificación alguna y con todo el
etiquetaje y embalaje inicial. Los portes serán a cargo nuestro, en el caso de la remisión por
medio de nuestra empresa de Logística, por lo que el reembolso que recibirá el cliente será la
cantidad abonada.
