Shipping policy

SHIPPING, EXCHANGES: 
• Shipments will be made by a logistics agency duly accredited in the shipment of this type of
online sales product in general. 
• In the event that the product served has any defect or defect, upon request and
communication, the same product will be sent free of charge in perfect condition and/or the
full refund of the purchase amount in the event that the customer desists from the
replacement.

• No changes are allowed
• Returns are subject to a maximum period of 15 calendar days to request the same from their
delivery and receipt, and are subject to the following conditions:
• In the case of the return of the purchase, due to error and/or defect of the product and after
payment has been made and the product received by the customer, if the customer wishes to
withdraw from the purchase and proceed to return it, he must send us an email indicating that
he wishes to make it, indicating the number/reference/name of the order, and proceed to
send the product in the same state as the shipment, that is, unwashed, unused, without any
modification and with all the initial labeling and packaging. The shipping will be at our expense,
in the case of remittance through our Logistics company, so the refund that the customer will
receive will be the amount paid.
